How do I get started with AFDCT services?
Getting started is simple. Call us or fill out our contact form, and our care coordinator will schedule a free in-home assessment. We'll discuss your needs, explain your options, and build a personalized care plan — all at no cost to you.
What insurance or payment options do you accept?
We accept DDS/OKDHS funding, Medicaid waivers (including ADvantage), long-term care insurance, and private pay. Our team will help verify your benefits and navigate the authorization process.
What qualifications do your caregivers have?
All AFDCT caregivers pass comprehensive background checks, complete state-required training, and receive ongoing education. Many hold certifications in CPR/First Aid, medication administration, and specialized disability support.
Can I change my caregiver if it's not a good fit?
Absolutely. The caregiver-client relationship is everything. If you feel the match isn't right, let us know and we'll work with you to find a better fit — no questions asked.
